Short, because we collect very little.

This website

• If you apply for a pilot place, we keep your name, firm, email, phone, town and anything you write in the form. We use them only to contact you about Ernest Counsel.
• We don't sell or share them, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
• The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits in aggregate through our hosting provider.
• Ask us to delete your details at any time by replying to any email from us, and we will.

Firms that use Ernest

• Each firm gets its own private system, hosted in the US. Your client data is not mixed with any other firm's.
• Any AI runs on our own hardware. Client data is never sent to a public chatbot.
• Mailbox access, if you turn it on, is read-only. We never send, delete or change anything in your mailbox, and you can switch it off at any time.
• If you leave, you get a full export of your data and we delete our copy.
